About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Support Administrator to assist with customer and supplier records, data entry, document preparation, sales administration, and general commercial support.
You will update business information, process routine documents, maintain spreadsheets, respond to basic enquiries, and help ensure that commercial records remain accurate and organised.
Previous commercial experience is helpful but not essential. Training on company procedures and internal systems will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer, supplier, and commercial information
- Maintain accurate records in company databases and spreadsheets
- Prepare quotations, forms, reports, and routine business documents
- Process customer and supplier account updates
- Check documents for missing or incorrect information
- Organise and maintain digital files
- Monitor shared email inboxes and route enquiries appropriately
- Respond to routine customer and supplier enquiries
- Assist with order and sales administration
- Update pricing, product, and service information when authorised
- Prepare basic spreadsheets and activity reports
- Maintain contact lists and account information
- Scan, upload, and archive commercial documents
- Monitor outstanding administrative requests
- Coordinate routine information with internal departments
- Handle customer and business information confidentially
- Support general office administration as required
- Follow established company procedures and data-protection requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, sales support, or office work is helpful but not essential
- Applications from school leavers, career starters, and candidates changing industries are welcome
- Previous commercial or business-support experience is beneficial but not required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are preferred
- A university degree is not required
- Relevant administrative, customer-service, volunteer, or practical experience will be considered
Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
