We are an established catering business operating four busy year‑round cafés and three kiosks across the Arun area, including:
- The Lobster Pot, Felpham
- Hotham Park Café, Bognor Regis
- Harbour Lights Café, Littlehampton
- London Road Coffee Shop, Bognor Regis
- Concessions at Goodwood Golf Courses
We are currently seeking an experienced Full‑Time Shift Supervisor to join our team at The Lobster Pot, Felpham. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced café/restaurant environment and enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team.

Key responsibilities:
- Serving customers and delivering excellent service
- Operating the till and handling cash
- Preparing barista coffees and a range of hot and cold drinks
- Overseeing daily café operations and maintaining cleanliness
- Stock ordering and management
- End‑of‑day cashing up
- Supporting the Manager with staffing and day‑to‑day operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
