Your new role

This is a newly created permanent Management Accountant job, due to company expansion. You will join an existing finance team of circa 15 people, reporting to the Finance Manager, producing management packs for UK and international business subsidiaries, and supporting key business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Preparation of monthly management accounts (multi-entity)

Preparing and presenting financial performance review packs to business stakeholders

Maintenance of P&L revenue schedules, including accrued and deferred revenue

Financial KPI analysis and evaluation
-
Ownership of annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting
-
Preparing information and assisting with the annual audit
-
Balance reconciliation
-
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
-
Posting journals, prepayments and accruals
-
WIP and stock reconciliation
-
Month end close
-
VAT and Tax return submission
What you'll need to succeed
-
Recent, relevant experience in a similar Management Accountant role
-
Strong Business Partnering and presentation skills
-
You will be an active ACCA/CIMA studier, at part qualified/finalist level
-
Experience using NetSuite, Workday or Salesforce is beneficial, though not mandatory.

Comfortable navigating ERP and CRM platforms to support financial workflows and reporting.

Exposure to month-end close activities, including preparation of management accounts.

Competent in posting accruals and prepayments and assisting with balance sheet reviews.

A background in the media, creative, or entertainment sectors is advantageous.

Understanding of industry-specific financial practices and stakeholder dynamics.

Experience handling transactions across different currencies.

Familiarity with FX implications and international payment processes.

Worked within finance teams supporting multiple business entities or subsidiaries (essential)

Able to manage intercompany transactions, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions.
