We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled 2-3 person snagging gang for immediate start on our busy heritage sites. You will handle the final handover checklist to ensure properties meet excellent quality standards.

Required Skills & Duties
Your team must collectively possess a broad mix of finishing trades to fix defects efficiently:
- Carpentry: Adjusting doors, easing hinges, fixing architrave.
- Plastering & Drylining: Patchwork, filling cracks, skimming, and tape/joint repairs.
- Painting & Decorating: High-quality touch-ups.
- Basic Plumbing & Mastic: Replacing silicone, and tightening minor leaks.
- General Snagging: Replacing broken tiles, adjusting ironmongery, and clearing minor debris.
- Lime Pointing: A knowledge of Lime Pointing will be advantageous.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Cards (all members).
- Own tools and transport (fully equipped van).
- Public Liability Insurance.
- Sharp eye for detail and pride in finishes.
- Strong communication skills when interacting with site management.
