Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and confident F&B Supervisor to lead service across our breakfast operation and cocktail bar. You will be hands-on every day — working alongside the team, setting the standard and making sure every guest interaction reflects the quality and character of The Harrison. This is not a back-office role. You will be visible, present and leading from the front. If you have genuine F&B experience, high personal standards and the kind of personality that makes a room feel better when you walk into it, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the breakfast service from set-up through to close
- Ensure every guest receives a warm, attentive and seamlessly delivered breakfast experience
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timing, quality and presentation standards are consistently met
- Manage table allocation, cover flow and any dietary requirements or special requests
- Ensuring quality, consistency and responsible service at all times
- Support and supervise bar team when required
- Maintain standards including preparation, presentation, cleanliness and stock management
- Assist with drinks menu knowledge and upselling to maximise guest spend per head
- Monitor and report on stock, wastage and any operational issues
- Handle guest feedback promptly, professionally and with genuine care
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supervised F&B role in a quality hospitality venue
- Proven ability to lead a team through service with confidence and care
- Strong working knowledge of both breakfast and bar operations
- Sound understanding of food safety, allergens and licensing law
- Excellent communication and guest-facing skills
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working early mornings and late evenings
- Flexible across a 7-day rota including weekends
