Duties
- Provide engaging and personalized tutoring sessions tailored to each child's learning needs and abilities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals
- Support students with diverse learning styles, including those requiring special education accommodations
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and independence
- Communicate progress regularly with parents, guardians,to ensure student success
- Use various teaching strategies and resources to enhance understanding of core subjects such as reading, writing, maths,
- Monitor student progress through assessments and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Reliable and respectful
Qualifications
- B.Ed / PGCE and degree
- a QTS
- Proven experience of 2 yrs in teaching within primary education setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members
- Experience working with children in KS1/2 i
- Knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum standards for primary grades
- Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learners
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
