We are looking for a SW to join our team, helping us deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support clients with daily living, personal care, and social activities, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
Providing personal and emotional care
Assisting with meals, medication, and daily living tasks
Escorting clients to appointments and social activities
Supporting hobbies, independence, and community involvement
Promoting safeguarding, health, safety, and infection control
Keeping accurate records
