We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage tenant relations, including handling enquiries, lease agreements, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet health, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise operational efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial records related to property operations.
Experience
- Proven management experience within property or facilities management roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mechanical knowledge and electrical experience are desirable for overseeing maintenance activities involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and building systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English is essential for communication with tenants, contractors, and team members.
