Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical work activities, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and efficiently according to project specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate and assign work to electrical technicians and contractors, fostering teamwork and high performance
- Inspect electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to guarantee quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety protocols, and company policies at all times
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues promptly, providing technical guidance to team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, inspections conducted, and safety incidents reported
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish
Qualifications
- Proven electrical experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or team lead roles in electrical projects
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders clearly and confidently
- Physical ability to perform site inspections, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions
