- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to guarantee the safety and quality of all food items served.
- Coordinate daily schedules, inventory management, and supply ordering to maintain smooth workflow and minimize waste.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Implement operational policies that enhance efficiency while maintaining high standards of hospitality and culinary excellence.
- Monitor financial performance through sales tracking and cost control measures to support business growth.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food production within a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Hands-on experience with kitchen operations including food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Barista experience is highly desirable for understanding beverage preparation standards.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles such as serving guests professionally and creating welcoming environments.
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant settings that demonstrates leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
