As a Gas Engineer you will be:
- Carrying out reactive repairs and fault finding on domestic boilers, heating systems and appliances.
- Completing annual servicing, safety checks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works.
- Installing, replacing and upgrading boilers, heating systems and associated components.
- Preparing void properties for new tenants by completing safety checks, repairs and remedial works.
- Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions to achieve first-time fixes.
- Maintaining accurate job records, certification and reports using tablet systems.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Gas Safe registered — CCN1, CENWAT and CKR1.
- Minimum of two years’ experience.
- Unvented hot water (G3).
- Strong domestic experience covering servicing, repairs and fault-finding.
- Comfortable working in occupied.
- Flexibility to work across these locations Carterton, Abingdon and Faringdon.
- Own van and tools.
