Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming preferences
- Recommend appropriate hairstyles or grooming techniques based on clients' hair type and face shape
- Use barbering tools and equipment, such as clippers, scissors, razors, and trimmers, to achieve desired results
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and tools
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering industry
Skills:
- Excellent barbering skills, including proficiency in various haircutting and grooming techniques
- Strong knowledge of different hair types and textures
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Good communication skills to effectively understand clients' preferences and provide appropriate recommendations
- Attention to detail to ensure precision in haircutting and grooming services
- Time management skills to efficiently manage appointments and provide timely services
Note: A valid barbering license is required for this position.
