Impact Academies & Camps Cambridge is looking for an energetic and communicative Technical Assistant to support our IT programming classes for children. Your role will be to help organise and support the teaching process and ensure that each group of students learns effectively and confidently.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with children and the ability to build a trusting, positive atmosphere
- Basic knowledge and understanding of programming principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, clear way
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to motivate students
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other assistants
Responsibilities
- Supporting the lead teacher in organising and supervising students during lessons
- Assisting with lesson delivery, including preparing materials, setting up software, and configuring equipment
- Helping create a friendly, supportive classroom environment
