Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Gardening and other housing activities.
- Building maintenance.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and safety inspections for compliance purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles with a strong background in mechanical and electrical work.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
