About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in a modern, automated warehouse environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely picking of stock using advanced technology and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using automated systems
- Work with automated machinery, conveyors, and robotic picking systems
- Load and unload items from storage locations with care and efficiency
- Follow warehouse processes, health & safety, and company procedures
- Report any faults with equipment or stock discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily KPIs and productivity targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and the warehouse
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, automated environment
- Basic computer and scanning device literacy
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Some heavy lifting
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Reach Truck experience required
