Continuity of Care Services has a fantastic opportunity available for a Part Time Office Administrator to join our team in Maidstone, Kent.
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time (3 Days per Week)
We are seeking a part- time team member to work three days per week. The preferred working days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, although Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday may be also considered, subject to discussion.
This role offers the opportunity to progress to full- time position for the right candidate.
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Hours of Work: 9:00am- 5:00pm
Salary: £15,900 to £16,800 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities as an Office Administrator:
As an Office Administrator, you will support both General Manager and Finance Assistant with the day to day running of Continuity of Care Services operations department ensuring the following:

Providing general administrative support across the business
- Collating information in preparation for invoicing & payroll, identifying and reporting any pay rate or invoicing anomalies

Assist with reconciliation processes and monitor internal systems to ensure data accuracy
- Monitoring annual leave requests in line with company procedures

Order and maintain stocks of PPE, stationery, and other office supplies
- Updating rota changes
- Sending out pay slips
- Maintain and update a range of business trackers, including capacity, payroll, and expenses

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, and post, responding professionally and efficiently

Managing inventory of office supplies, including staff phones and multimedia equipment
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them as required
- Printing ID Badges
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, methodical, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.

- Previous experience in an administrative role
