Chef de Partie
Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire
Salary: £33,000 per annum + Tronc

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section while supporting the senior chefs in delivering exceptional food and maintaining the highest kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your own section during busy service periods.
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Support junior chefs and work closely with the wider kitchen team.
- Help ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and professionally at all times.
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie looking for the next step.
- Passionate about producing quality food.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine team player.
