Care Assistant – Full‑Time, Permanent
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team, supporting residents who are Elderly Frail, living with Dementia, or both. You will help promote dignity, choice, and independence while delivering high‑quality person‑centred care.

What You’ll Do
- Support with mobility, hoisting, transfers
- Assist with washing, dressing, bathing, and continence care
- Help with meals, hydration, and feeding
- Provide meaningful interaction and emotional support
- Work as part of a caring, committed team
- Complete all mandatory training provided
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (desirable)
- Kind, patient, and dedicated to excellent care
- Good communication and teamwork skills
