Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Ingliston Hotel & Country Club in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or commercial cleaning and possess excellent customer service skills.
Hours
We are happy to accommodate school hours where possible, making this an ideal role for parents or those with school-age children.
Duties
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel or establishment according to set standards
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are well-stocked with amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and replenish supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist with laundry duties as required
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Familiarity with customer service practices
