Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our growing pest control company.
The successful candidate will visit residential and commercial properties to inspect, identify, treat, and help prevent pest problems. We are looking for someone who is professional, punctual, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate well with customers.
Responsibilities
* Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity.
* Identify common pests and determine appropriate treatment methods.
* Apply pest control products safely and according to company procedures and regulations.
* Set and monitor traps, bait stations, and other pest control equipment.
* Explain treatments and prevention recommendations clearly to customers.
* Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
* Keep company equipment and vehicles clean and organised.
* Follow all health and safety requirements.
* Provide excellent customer service at every appointment.
* Attend training and develop knowledge of pest control methods and products.
Requirements
* Valid driving licence.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Comfortable working inside and outside in different conditions.
* Able to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
* Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
* Previous pest control experience is preferred but not essential if training is provided.
* Relevant pest control qualifications/licences are preferred where required.
