The Lismoyne Hotel is a privately owned hotel set in groomed gardens, tucked away just a 3-minute walk from Fleet Town Centre. Our hotel has 62 bedrooms, bar, conservatory, outside seating, restaurant and 2 function rooms.
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The successful candidate will help lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
- Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, restaurant, hotel, bar, or catering environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
