Nursery Manager – Lead, Inspire & Make a Difference

We're looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join our Curiosity Approach Accredited nursery. We're looking for someone who has:
✔ A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
✔ At least 2 years' experience managing an Early Years setting.
✔ Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team.
✔ Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
✔ Confidence using nursery management systems and technology to improve efficiency.
✔ A genuine passion for creating high-quality learning environments.
✔ The drive to continue developing our Curiosity Approach Accreditation and embed curiosity-led practice throughout the nursery.
As Nursery Manager you will:
- Lead and inspire an enthusiastic, dedicated team.
- Create a positive culture where staff feel valued, supported and motivated.
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning and care.
- Lead on safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Continue our Curiosity Approach journey and ensure our environment remains inspiring, child-led and full of awe and wonder.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring and regular supervision.
- Use digital systems confidently to streamline operations and improve communication.
