Classic Desserts is a fast growing desserts manufacturing firm who seeking motivated production line operatives to join full time. 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities. Applicants must be excellent team workers and have a strong work ethic.
Roles are available working on the day shift Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm) and backshift which is Sunday to Thursday (4pm to midnight).
Responsibilities include:
- Measuring and classifying all raw materials in preparation for production
- Monitoring the production process
- Feeding the raw materials into the machinery
- Operating the production machinery as required
- Performing quality assurance and testing checks
- Assembling, packing and labelling the finished goods in preparation for shipment
- Cleaning the machinery and other parts of the production space
- Noting machine faults and reporting to line leaders as required
- Maintaining work areas and equipment
