Key Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled manual work related to your trade or discipline
- Diagnose, repair, install, or maintain equipment, materials, or structures
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a professional standard
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a skilled trade (e.g., fabrication, welding, mechanical, electrical, joinery, or similar)
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions
- Good problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (advantageous but not essential)
