Summary
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in the UK, based in Dudley. In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer service team, helping customers find the perfect sporting products and ensuring a positive shopping experience, as well as learning the in house system to assist with the overall daily working process.
You will need to have IT skills / knowledge and preferably have racket sports knowledge, ideally in Tennis / Padel.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock levels and organize displays
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure the store environment is clean and welcoming.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Preferably have knowledge in racket sports and an interest in participating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an ever changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
