Reports to: Warehouse Manager
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with a valid Flexi Forklift Truck Licence to join our busy warehouse team.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and loading goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service and health & safety. You will work closely with the wider warehouse team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
As we operate within a small warehouse team, flexibility and a willingness to support colleagues are essential.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Operate a Flexi Forklift Truck safely to move stock throughout the warehouse.

Load and unload internal and external deliveries.

Check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and report any discrepancies.

Check outgoing orders against delivery documentation before dispatch.

Put stock away into the correct warehouse locations.

Identify and report damaged or defective stock immediately.

Carry out daily Forklift Truck safety checks and report any defects.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse and yard.

Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Report any Health & Safety concerns to the Warehouse Manager.

Assist with stock movements and other warehouse duties as required.

Support colleagues during busy periods and provide cover where necessary.

Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by management.
- Valid Flexi Forklift Truck Licence.

Holiday requests must be coordinated with the wider warehouse team to ensure operational cover is maintained.
