Bee-Fresh is a growing, professional laundry service specialising in Airbnb, holiday let and domestic laundry. We are looking for a reliable, experienced and trustworthy Laundry & Linen Specialist to join our friendly team.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a commercial laundry, hotel housekeeping, hospitality or a similar environment who takes pride in producing beautifully finished linen.
Your Responsibilities
● Professionally iron bed linen to a consistently high standard.
● Wash, dry, fold and prepare customer laundry.
● Check all items for quality before packing.
● Organise customer orders ready for collection or delivery.
● Collect and deliver laundry to customers.
● Assist with the day-to-day running of Bee-Fresh.
● Provide holiday and sickness cover for the business owner when required.
● Help maintain the high standards and excellent customer service Bee-Fresh is known for.
Essential Requirements
● Previous professional ironing experience.
● Ability to iron bed linen to a high, consistent standard.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Full UK driving licence.
● Access to a reliable vehicle.
● Friendly, professional and trustworthy.
● Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
● Physically fit and able to lift laundry bags and baskets.
Desirable
● Experience in a commercial laundry, hotel, housekeeping or hospitality setting.
● Previous customer service experience.
● Flexible availability, including occasional weekends.
Interview Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a practical assessment where they will be asked to iron a selection of bedding items to demonstrate their standard of work.
