As Floor Supervisor at Jaego's House, you'll be the heartbeat of the restaurant floor leading the front-of-house team through service, building genuine relationships with our members, and making sure every visit feels effortless.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility. You'll set the tone for service, step up as Manager on Duty when needed, and be a key part of what makes Jaego's House feel like home to our members.
What You'll Do
- Lead the FOH team through service — briefings, delegation, and keeping standards high
- Build warm, long-term relationships with members and their families
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support training, development, and scheduling of the floor team
- Oversee opening and closing duties and act as Manager on Duty when required
- Drive upselling and support the team's menu knowledge
- Manage the digital ordering platform, keeping it accurate and up to date
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or senior FOH experience in a busy restaurant or members' club
- A natural leader — calm, confident, and warm with both team and members
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to hold multiple priorities
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences
- Good working knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Pay: £14.40-£17.00 per hour
