Position- CNC Press Brake Operator/setter -Afternoon/Evening shift
LaserMaster is a rapidly growing manufacturing business. We have the machinery to Laser cut from flat sheet metals with additional processes involving folding/bending, fabrication/welding as well as lathe and mill work plus more.
As a CNC Press Operator you will have the following daily duties and responsibilities:
- Operating press machines
- Ensuring produced parts are of a high standard
- Working towards targets and deadlines
- Working as part of a team
As a CNC Press Operator you will have the following skills:
- Good numeracy skills
- Be able to read and understand technical/engineering drawings
- Must have common sense and initiative
- Must be self-driven with a focus on improving business performance
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Able to handle problems in a logical and structured way
- Able to thrive in a fast moving, sometimes hectic commercial environment
- Willingness to get “hands dirty”
- Good communication skills
Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment would be essential for this job.
This role is for an immediate start.
Salary is to be confirmed but will reflect on individuals experience. Ranging between £13.50 and £15.50 per hour- the shift is from 2pm - 10pm Monday to Fri.
