Internal Recruiter (Temps/Bank) – Job Overview
This role involves working as part of a team of 5 within a wider HR team. You will have full ownership of a set geographical area and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, vetting and interviewing and deployment of all bank staff for the company.
Duties will include:
- Advertising roles – selecting, vetting, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates
- Proactively resourcing candidates for critical roles
- Positioning the benefits of being bank staff
- Liaising with department managers regarding requirements
- Liaising with onboarding and compliance teams
- Filling shifts in advance and on the day to ensure cover is provided
Internal Recruiter (Temps/Bank) – Required Skills and Experience
- Experience working within agency or in-house recruitment is essential
- Experience of working on a temp/contractor desk – high volume and same day supply
- Passionate about recruitment and finding high quality candidates
- Familiar dealing with internal stakeholders, managing expectations
- Confident using a range of different systems
- Competent in Excel
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Resilient and totally comfortable with change
- Confident partnering with key decision makers in the business
