Mobile / Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
We are recruiting for two experienced Maintenance Engineers to join an established building services company working across long-term commercial contracts throughout London and the surrounding areas.
There is flexibility for either mobile or foot mobile roles, depending on experience and preference.
The Role
- Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault finding across commercial buildings
- Maintaining AHUs, FCUs and general HVAC systems
- Basic electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, switches, motors and smoke alarms
- Plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages, taps and water temperature checks
- General building and fabric maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across a range of building services
Requirements
- Strong commercial building maintenance experience
- Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Electrical qualifications would be advantageous, including 2391
- F-Gas would be highly desirable due to the amount of HVAC maintenance involved
- Multi-skilled engineers with a strong, stable maintenance background will be considered
- Full UK driving licence required for the mobile position
Package
- Up to £50,000 DOE
- Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
- Company van & fuel card for mobile engineers
- Travel between sites paid for foot mobile engineers
