We're looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team on a fixed 8-week contract to help lead the kitchen through our busy summer trading period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact in one of Bala's busiest community pub hotels.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading a busy kitchen.
- Is passionate about producing fresh, high-quality food.
- Thrives under pressure during peak trading.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a motivated team.
