About the Role
Phi Ser UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership and employees across the organization. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR guidance while supporting talent management, employee engagement, performance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers on people and workforce strategies.
- Support recruitment, retention, and talent-development initiatives.
- Advise on employee relations and workplace policies.
- Support performance-management processes.
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Support organizational change and development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven HR business-partnering experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- HR certification is an advantage.
