Customerwise is a unique business that provides customer experience research, competitor intelligence, data gathering, and consultancy services to a broad range of clients in both B2C and B2B industries. In a nutshell, we help businesses to compete more effectively in an increasingly competitive world.
Due to rapid growth, we are now seeking a talented individual in the UK to join us as a home-based Project and Programme Coordinator.
Responsibilities
This is a role that is key for the delivery of services to clients.
It is a varied role, demanding effective self-motivation, time management, meticulous attention to detail, and problem solving on a daily basis.
The role will involve a range of different activities and responsibilities, depending on workload. Individual tasks are many and varied and will change and evolve over time. Some key areas will include:
- Scheduling and allocating assignments to suitable customer experience researchers.
- Performing appropriate online outreach to various online groups to publicise opportunities and find suitable customer experience researchers for assignments. This includes the use of social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Preparing written briefs and questionnaires / report forms for projects and programmes.
- Setting up and preparing projects effectively using a selection of online tools and techniques.
- Briefing customer experience researchers and liaising with them to provide feedback and guidance.
- Writing reports for clients and carefully quality checking reports provided by customer experience researchers.
- Building strong and proactive relationships with clients.
- Setting up and administering projects and programmes and running reports using our online platform, SASSIE.
- Engaging with your work and the purpose of the work, and contributing any ideas on how to improve productivity or the quality of our output as a company.
- Other tasks and duties as may be required from time to time. Coordinate programme activities and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Hours
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This is an opportunity to learn every aspect of customer experience research operations, including the class leading online platform, SASSIE, and to learn about lots of different industries.
For a suitable individual, there are good opportunities for growth and development. There is also the potential to become involved in managing client accounts, projects and programmes, and to get involved in the delivery of bespoke and highly involved consultancy projects.

Please note that the recruitment and selection process for this role will involve a remote interview, and, for candidates who are selected for the final shortlist, there will be a work trial lasting 2-3 hours. The work trial will involve exercises that are based on real activities that will be undertaken in the role, but these will be “dummy” exercises, and the company will gain no benefit from this work, other than assessing your suitability and allowing you a further insight into the job role.
