We are looking for an organised and proactive Erasmus+ Programme Assistant to join NTU Global. You’ll play a key role in supporting NTU's re-engagement with Erasmus+, helping staff and students access international experiences while ensuring compliance with programme requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the administration of student and staff exchanges, short-term and virtual mobilities, as well as facilitating delivery of partnership and cooperation projects. You will help maintain accurate records, support reporting to the UK National Agency, and provide clear guidance to colleagues across the university on Erasmus+ requirements.
In addition, during the first year, you will contribute to the success of the final year of Turing Scheme activity, working closely with academic and professional services teams and international partners to ensure high-quality outcomes for participants.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable team player, confident working independently, managing priorities, and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
For more details, please take a look at the role profile. We will consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.
