Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bathroom Fitter to join our team on a permanent, employed basis. In this role, you will manage bathroom renovation projects from start to finish, including rip-outs, plumbing, tiling, and final sealing. Pay
From £14 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Full Strip-Outs: Safely remove old bathroom suites, tiles, plasterboard, and flooring.
- First-Fix Plumbing: Alter, extend, and install pipework for basins, toilets, baths, and showers.
- Suite Installation: Fit modern bathroom furniture, trays, enclosures, and sanitaryware to high standards.
- Tiling & Flooring: Prep surfaces, lay wall/floor tiles, grout, and install LVT Click or vinyl flooring.
- Second-Fix & Finishing: Connect all fixtures, test for leaks, and apply high-quality silicone sealing.
- Customer Service: Maintain a clean work site and interact professionally with clients in their homes.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Poven experience in full bathroom installations.
- Multi-Skilled: Strong proficiency in plumbing with tilling and joinery experience highly valued.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, City & Guilds, or equivalent time-served experience.
- License: A valid, clean UK driving license to operate the company vehicle.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a punctual, reliable work ethic.
