Hello,
We are looking to recruit a part time support worker for weekends on a flexi or fixed contract, to join our experienced and dedicated team. Previous experience in a supported or care living is not required, you just need to be enthusiastic and caring.
You will be supporting adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities living in a supported living setup with 2,3 or 4 adults living in each house. We have 12 houses around the Herne Bay are, Canterbury and Whitstable. A driving license and use of own vehicle with business insurance is a nice to have.
Mileage costs are covered when using your vehicle, with a subsidised rate paid to drive from your home to work and home again.
You will receive daily job satisfaction working with some amazing people enabling them to live life to the fullest. You will be supporting people to do general household day to day tasks as well as all the fun activities.
This vacancy would suit someone who wants a flexi contract and available at weekends or maybe at University and wanting to earn within the healthcare private sector.
28 paid days annual leave per year.
£68 per sleep shift worked.
£12.71 paid from 7am-10pm and sleep is paid at £68 from 10pm-7am
shifts could be between 10am-10am Friday - Sunday
