About the Role
Proactive Personnel are are looking for a highly organised and motivated Production Administrator to join our clients team. This is a varied and important role, providing administrative support across our production and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support to the production and management teams.
- Supporting the production manager with health and safety tasks.
- Processing and administering internal work orders.
- Loading and maintaining jobs on the production schedule.
- Preparing accurate job sheets and documentation for the factory.
- Liaising with multiple customer service teams across the wider group of companies.
- Creating daily delivery manifests and supporting the dispatch process.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and processing stock deductions.
- Raising and processing purchase orders.
- Ensuring information is communicated accurately between departments.
- Updating systems and records to ensure production and customer requirements are met.
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with people across different departments.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy working environment.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Accurate when entering and processing information.
- A good team player with a positive and professional approach.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Previous experience in an administration, production administration, manufacturing environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided to the right candidate.
