Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: All Tex Recyclers Ltd, Cloughmills, Co. Antrim

Operating since 2008, All Tex Recyclers Ltd is Ireland’s largest independently owned processor of used clothing and shoes, exporting to reuse markets globally.
We are committed to providing circular economy solutions to our charitable partners through the specialised grading of used clothing, textiles and shoes.
What are we looking for?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to play a key role in all aspects of our HR operations, shaping strategies, policies and employee engagement, driving change across the organisation.
Essential criteria
The candidate must have at least three years’ experience in Human Resources, within a similar level role.
Qualifications/Experience
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to motivate and promote positive behaviour.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible and proactive working attitude.
- A team player with strong leadership qualities to develop and sustain sound working relationships with all employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria
- CIPD qualification
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.

Rate of pay: Per annum circa £35-£40k.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent. 37 Hours per week.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
