We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Partnership Manager to join Buckinghamshire College Group on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking individual to lead and develop strategic partnerships across the construction industry. Based primarily at our Aylesbury campus, this role will play a key part in strengthening employer engagement, enhancing industry collaboration, and supporting the growth and development of our construction provision. We are offering a competitive salary for this role.
The overall purpose of the Construction Partnership Manager role is to establish, develop and manage strategic partnerships with construction employers and stakeholders, generating opportunities for apprenticeships, industry placements, work experience, employer-led curriculum activities, training solutions and other collaborative initiatives. The postholder will work closely with curriculum teams, employers and external partners to ensure our provision aligns with industry requirements and workforce demands.
The successful candidate will be required to:

Build and maintain strategic relationships with construction employers, industry bodies and key partners, including organisations such as Morgan Sindall.
- Identify and develop opportunities for employer engagement, workforce development, apprenticeships, industry placements and work experience.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum and apprenticeship teams to align provision with industry needs and support employer involvement in curriculum design and delivery.
- Support the delivery of the College's Talent, Innovation and Enterprise (TIE) strategy and act as an ambassador for Buckinghamshire College Group within the construction sector.
- Develop and implement a strategic construction engagement plan, including presenting a five-year construction growth and partnership strategy to the Executive Team.
- Maximise funding, commercial and partnership opportunities through effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
