Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable On Call Driver/Chauffeur to join our team. Duties
- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, or larger transport vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Provide punctual pick-up and drop-off services for clients or staff across designated locations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Communicate clearly with clients or team members regarding schedules, routes, and any delays or issues
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports
- Respond promptly to on-call requests, adapting to changing schedules or urgent transportation needs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a <PERSON> driver or commercial driver preferred
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or chauffeur with excellent driving skills and knowledge of local routes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required for loading cargo or luggage
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and ensure safety compliance
- Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, or irregular hours
- Demonstrated responsibility in adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations
