UK-wide; Midlands & Northumbria are a priority
This is not a conventional sales vacancy. It is an opportunity to develop a defined regional market for a commercially compelling security service, with protected originated relationships, structured support and commission that compounds as contracted deployments accumulate.
Your contacts. Our technology. Shared income.
The opportunity
Safe Security Solutions is building a selective national network to take an AI-enabled thermal surveillance tower service into construction, infrastructure, property, logistics, renewables, utilities and other site-based markets. The technology combines thermal and colour cameras, AI classification and professional remote monitoring in a rapidly deployed, self-powered unit that requires no customer internet connection.
The partnership is flexible. It can be worked as a focused addition to an existing role or consultancy portfolio, or developed into a substantial commercial commitment. Candidates should expect to invest approximately 5 to 50 hours per week according to their goals and availability.
This is an independent, commission-based commercial partnership rather than salaried employment. Indicative annual earning potential is £20,000 to £50,000, uncapped and wholly dependent on performance, contract volume and duration. The detailed commission structure is discussed with shortlisted candidates.
What you will do
· Build your own regional pipeline. Map target accounts, activate existing relationships and create new opportunities through referrals, LinkedIn, telephone, email, networking and site visits.
· Own the commercial relationship. Qualify customer need, run discovery meetings, use approved demonstrations and progress opportunities through operational, commercial and procurement governance.
· Work within clear authority. Present approved packages and standard terms. Non-standard pricing, concessions and contractual requests are referred to the Commercial Director.
· Create recurring value. Focus on durable client contracts, repeat deployments and high-quality relationships rather than one-off transactions.
· Maintain disciplined records. Use the CRM, keep opportunity data current and follow the company’s structured sales and reporting process.
Who this suits
Best suited to commercially ambitious people who want genuine accountability for developing a territory rather than simply passing leads.
· Normally 5+ years of B2B sales, account development or commercial experience.
· An established network and credible access to operational or commercial decision-makers.
· Strong written and verbal communication, commercial judgement and professional credibility.
· Comfort with both relationship-led selling and disciplined outbound business development.
· UK-based, able to contract in the UK, with a car and willingness to travel within a primary territory.
· Able to commit at least five hours per week and manage time independently.
· No conflict with existing employment, clients or contractual obligations.
What we provide
· Structured product, sector and sales-process training.
· Ongoing coaching and commercial support from the Commercial Director.
· Approved marketing materials, demonstrations, case evidence and sales tools.
· CRM access, opportunity tracking and transparent commission records.
· Central operational delivery covering equipment supply, installation, monitoring and service support.
Territory model
Appointments will be UK-wide, but with immediate priority in the Midlands and Northumbria. Each Originator will have a defined primary territory and protection for relationships they originate. National, existing and strategically important accounts remain centrally managed. Only a limited number of regional appointments will be made.
Selection process
1. Application screening against network, territory fit and availability.
2. Structured interview with the Commercial Director.
3. Practical sales role-play using the company’s two-stage sales process.
How to apply

1. Which sectors, regions and decision-maker relationships can you access credibly?
2. Which customer types or named target accounts would you prioritise in your first 90 days?
