Wells Deli is one of Wells-next-the-Sea's busiest independent cafés, serving amazing coffee, freshly made food and good vibes from our iconic little pink café on the quay.
Every day is different. One minute you're making coffees, the next you're chatting to holidaymakers, serving delicious food or working alongside a fantastic team to smash a busy lunch service.

We're looking for enthusiastic, experienced people to join us as:
Baristas
Front of House
Chefs
Kitchen Porters
We're looking for one full-time person or a couple of part-time team members who can work 2–5 days a week, including weekends.

Most of our summer shifts are around 8:30am–5:00pm, so you'll have your evenings free to enjoy the sunshine.

Weekend availability is essential.
