We are looking for a reliable and responsible cook to join our busy little restaurant team.
The role will include covering some evening shifts, along with breakfast and lunch services. Hours are flexible and will include weekends, although not every weekend, Approximately 16 hrs per week, competitive pay, negotiable on experience
Duties Include:
- Cooking and preparing food to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Stock rotation and stocktaking
- Helping to prepare & cook for wedding parties – some functions off-site.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting and leading the kitchen when required
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience essential, including an up-to-date Food Hygiene Certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible attitude towards working hours
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Passion for producing high-quality food and service
