Duties
- Develop and produce compelling UGC content including videos, photos, and written posts that align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas that boost engagement and brand awareness
- Manage your own social media channels by posting regularly, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
- Monitor content performance metrics to analyze engagement levels and optimize future content strategies
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while showcasing authentic user experiences through creative storytelling
- Engage with followers and community members in a positive, professional manner to build strong relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation, preferably with a portfolio of UGC work
- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively represent the brand’s voice and values
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities
- Passion for digital trends, influencer culture, and community building
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with social media management tools and basic editing software
