Fitter/Porter
L & L Braines ltd is a family run business who specialise in commercial relocations, installations and transportation throughout the UK. We are looking to recruit a Porter/Fitter to work within our existing team on a casual basis.
The role requires you to work nationwide (accommodation and additional pay provided), travel regularly and work flexibly (including evenings and occasionally weekends - overtime rate paid).
The role is varied and requires flexibility and a willingness to learn. Daily activities include, but are not limited to:
- Business relocations
- Building Disposals/Clearances
- Office Furniture Installation
- Furniture Deliveries
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Heavy lifting (training and specialist equipment provided)
L & L Braines have a reputation for a quality comprehensive service. You must be reliable, be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build a good rapport with all of our customers.
Training will be provided although experience is desirable.
A valid CSCS card would be advantageous although not essential.

Experience:
- furniture installation: 1 year (preferred)
- furniture relocation: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CSCS (preferred)
