We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant for our Breakfast services or otherwise to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the highest standards.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down areas as required.
