The Impact You'll Make
As a Weekend Sales Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our customers during our busiest shopping days. You’ll help families find the perfect school shoes, guide style-conscious shoppers to their next favourite pair, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your energy and service will directly shape the experience that keeps people coming back to Clarks.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer warmly and make them feel at home in the store.
- Use the Clarks fitting service to ensure customers—especially children—get the perfect fit.
- Share product knowledge to help customers choose shoes and accessories that suit their needs and style.
- Keep the shop floor looking its best—tidy displays, well-stocked shelves, and a clean, inviting environment.
- Support the team with back-of-house tasks, from unpacking deliveries to preparing stock for display.
- Work together with your colleagues to meet sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
- Confidence in talking to customers and building rapport quickly.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and peak trading times.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not essential if you’re eager to learn.
