You'll be at the heart of our organisation, helping projects run smoothly, supporting colleagues, improving systems, coordinating activities, creating engaging content and helping us turn great ideas into meaningful action.
No two days will be the same.

About the Role
You'll become the operational heartbeat of our organisation.
Working closely with the CEO and project teams, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while also supporting exciting community projects.
You'll help organise people, projects, information and ideas.
You'll also play an important role in helping us communicate our work, improve our systems and support new ways of working using digital technology and AI.
What You'll Be Doing
Every week will look a little different, but you might be:
Supporting Projects
- Coordinating meetings and workshops
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Tracking project actions and deadlines
- Organising events and community activities
- Maintaining project documentation
Keeping the Organisation Running Smoothly
- Managing diaries and calendars
- Coordinating meetings
- Maintaining digital filing systems
- Supporting policies and procedures
- Ordering resources
Helping Tell Our Story
- Creating social media posts
- Updating our website
- Designing newsletters
- Producing simple graphics and presentations
- Sharing the impact of our work
Using Digital Tools
- Supporting AI-assisted administration
- Improving templates and workflows
- Maintaining databases
- Producing reports and dashboards
- Helping us work smarter
Supporting the Team
- Taking meeting notes
- Following up actions
- Welcoming visitors
- Liaising with partners
- Being the person who keeps everything connected
