A Restaurant Supervisor at Crazy Pizza:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining Crazy Pizza’s high standards of hospitality.
You will play a key role on the floor, leading by example, supporting the Front of House team and ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience.
Your day to day:
- Lead and supervise the floor during service, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Support and motivate the Front of House team, maintaining consistently high standards of service.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure an efficient service flow.
- Ensure guests are welcomed and looked after throughout their experience.
- Support the management team with table management, service organisation and daily operational requirements.
- Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Monitor service standards and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive, professional and team-focused working environment.
Who are you?
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Supervisor or in a similar Front of House leadership position.
- Experience within a busy, high-quality restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced and high-volume operation.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
- Professional, well presented and attentive to detail.
- Able to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Pay: Up to £18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
